How to Register

Registration
Please follow these step for registration and submission.

  • Please register here. Fill the form registration choose one of type registration, there are Participant, Poster and Oral. The Registration will notice by email.
  • After registration you have to pay by bank transfer and confirm your payment here or send the proof transfer via email to info@icon-stikepppni.org. Check your registration status here.
  • The Oral and Poster register should make submission (read the submission guideline). Submit your abstract/full paper here. The submission will notice by email.
  • All submission will get the notification acceptance. (see the importance date)
    * Notice from administrator, its takes 1×24 hour, if you are not get it, please send us report by email or contact our secretariat personal number.

Attention :

  • Pre-registration is highly recommended.The registration is made on a first-come, first-served basis. We might close the registration without prior notice when the number of registrants reaches the capacity.
  • Each registrant should complete a separate registration form. Written confirmation will be sent upon receipt of your registration and full payment. If you do not receive this confirmation within two weeks, please contact the Conference Secretariat : Irma Darmawati (irma_darmawati87@yahoo.com)

Registration Fee

Remarks:

  • The prevailing exchange rate is ….. approximately.
  • The above registration fees DO NOT include accommodation.
  • The presenters of successful abstracts are required to register and pay for the registration fee within two weeks upon acceptance of abstract. Failure to do so will result in exclusion from the final programme.

Payment
Payment of registration fee must be made in Hong Kong or US dollars by the following methods. Except using credit card payment, a receipt will be provided on-site. Registration received without payment will not be processed. Please DO NOT send cash.

  1. Online Credit Card Payment(in Rupiah)
  • The payment gateway accepts all visa and master cards issued by whatever banks. However, credit cards like Dinner’s Club and American Express are not accepted. And the payment gateway does not accept RMB debit cards.
  • Additional 3% of the registration fee will be charged as the administrative fee by the bank.
  1. Personal or Company Cheque(in Rupiah)
  • For local participants only
  • Please remember to write down the event name, name(s) of participant(s) and registration number(s) at the back of the cheque.

Cancellation Policy

Refund of cancellation of registration will be made subject to the following deadlines and administrative charges:

Cancellation Date Refund
On or before  2 May 2018 50% of the fee paid*
After 2 May 2018 No Refund

*Remarks: Any bank handling charges will be deducted from the amount of refund.

Cancellation of registration must be received in writing to the Conference Secretariat and the refund will be made after the Conference. Please note that substitution is permitted on the basis that written notice is received on or before 2 May 2018.

The registration fee is non-refundable for any no-show.
